Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.

Listing information: the startup name, description, category, tags, logo, and destination URL you submit when claiming a tile.

Payment information: for paid tiers, billing details are collected and processed directly by Dodo Payments, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: click events on your tile (timestamp, referrer, a hashed IP address) used to power your dashboard analytics, and general site usage such as pages visited.

To operate the board: creating your account, claiming and displaying your tile, and processing subscription payments.

To show you analytics: daily click counts on your dashboard are aggregated from raw click events.

To communicate with you: transactional emails such as payment receipts, claim confirmations, or account security notices.

To keep the board safe: detecting abuse, fraud, or content that violates our Terms of Service.

We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic session state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We share data with a small number of service providers strictly to operate CircleSaaS: Dodo Payments (billing), our cloud storage provider (logo image hosting), and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, those identity providers.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a paid tile, your listing and click history are retained for a reasonable period in case you wish to reclaim a tile, after which they may be deleted.

You can edit or delete your listing at any time from your dashboard. You may request a copy of your data or full account deletion by contacting us — see Section 8.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
