Terms of Service

By creating an account, claiming a tile, or otherwise using CircleSaaS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

CircleSaaS is a fixed circular board of tiles arranged in concentric tiers by price and position. You may claim any tile currently marked available, within a tier whose price you accept. Position within a tier is first-come, first-served; only one claim on a given tile can ever succeed.

The free tier auto-expands as it fills; paid tier inventory is fixed and may sell out.

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; your tile stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is then released back to the board. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund) for full details on cancellations and when we do issue refunds.

Payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for every transaction. Dodo Payments does not return its payment processing fees to us when a refund is issued, so every refund excludes payment processing fees and applicable taxes. Where a refund applies, it is 50% of the amount paid for a tile plan, or the full amount in the cases listed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, minus those fees and taxes, and it is issued to the original payment method. For example, if you paid $3.00 for a plan, a 50% refund is $1.50 minus processing fees and taxes, and a full refund is $3.00 minus processing fees and taxes.

Nothing in these terms or in our Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Featured (“Advertise”) placements are sold separately, either as a one-time purchase for a day, week, or month, or as a recurring subscription, and are billed through Dodo Payments on the same terms.

Your listing (name, description, logo, and destination link) must accurately represent a real product or service. You are solely responsible for everything you submit.

All listing content (name, description, About section, and FAQs) must be written in English. We may remove or require you to edit any listing submitted in another language. We do not currently offer, and have no plans to offer, automatic translation of listing content, now or in the future; writing your listing in English is your responsibility.

You may not submit, or link to, any of the following: sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult (NSFW) content or imagery; content that is violent, hateful, harassing, or that exploits minors; illegal goods or services; malware, phishing pages, scams, or deceptive or misleading websites; or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or impersonates another person or brand.

Destination links must be public http:// or https:// websites. Links that are found to be unsafe or malicious may be rejected or removed.

Each website may be listed on CircleSaaS only once, whichever account is used. Link shorteners (such as bit.ly or rb.gy links) are not accepted as a destination link, because they hide which website is being listed and can be changed later. If a website is listed more than once, or a listing uses a shortened link, we may remove the extra or affected listing.

Listings are published immediately and are not reviewed in advance. After a listing goes live, we manually check each startup listed on CircleSaaS. If a listing violates these terms, or appears to, we may remove or suspend it, and suspend or terminate the account behind it, at any time and without notice or refund for the affected period.

We use a combination of measures to keep the board safe: an account with a verified email address is required to publish a listing; submitted website links are automatically checked against Google Web Risk’s lists of malware and phishing sites; uploaded images are validated and re-processed before use; our team manually checks each listing after it goes live; and anyone signed in can report a listing using the “Report” option next to it.

Reports are reviewed by our team, and listings that violate these terms are suspended or removed, whether we find them in our own manual checks or through a report. We do not currently scan uploaded images automatically, so we rely on reports and our own review to catch inappropriate imagery. You retain ownership of the logo, name, and description you submit. By submitting them, you grant CircleSaaS a license to display them on the board and on your listing’s public page for as long as your tile is active.

The CircleSaaS name, board design, and underlying software are owned by CircleSaaS and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The board is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, clicks, or business outcomes from claiming a tile. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any listed startup.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleSaaS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using CircleSaaS and cancel your subscriptions at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for repeated or serious violations of the prohibited content rules above. You can also permanently delete your account and listings at any time from your dashboard.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the board after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
