Terms of Service

By creating an account, claiming a tile, or otherwise using CircleSaaS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

CircleSaaS is a fixed circular board of tiles arranged in concentric tiers by price and position. You may claim any tile currently marked available, within a tier whose price you accept. Position within a tier is first-come, first-served; only one claim on a given tile can ever succeed.

The free tier auto-expands as it fills; paid tier inventory is fixed and may sell out.

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling releases your tile back to the board immediately and stops future billing; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Your listing (name, description, logo, and destination link) must accurately represent a real product or service. You may not use a tile to host or link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend a listing that violates these terms, with or without notice, and without refund for the affected period.

You retain ownership of the logo, name, and description you submit. By submitting them, you grant CircleSaaS a license to display them on the board and on your listing’s public page for as long as your tile is active.

The CircleSaaS name, board design, and underlying software are owned by CircleSaaS and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The board is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, clicks, or business outcomes from claiming a tile. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any listed startup.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleSaaS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using CircleSaaS and cancel your subscriptions at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the board after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
