Page numbers, running headers and footers are left out, and words split across lines are joined back together, so it sounds like the document, not the layout. Scanned PDFs work too: tta1 reads the text on each page. Word documents (.docx), plain text and Markdown files are supported as well. Uploads are included with Plus and Pro.
